| This is a really funny story so let's go a year back in time to December 2021. I lost a part of my front tooth in an accident a couple of weeks prior to an event I was handling by myself, and, because my dentist couldn't get me an appointment immediately, I had to spend the whole event day with the client looking like a crazy hillbilly! My advice: Never go electric scooting so close to an event that you're handling all by your lonesome, and always have a backup cosmetic dentist in your contact book! Also, make sure to have backup in your projects; you never know when life throws a curveball you just cannot steer clear of. |

| Cyber Battle of Estonia 2022 The host Karl-Erik Taukar is on stage giving out the award for the best girl in the battle and invites on stage a girl the client had named and pointed out for him. The live show is held in Estonian while the award goes to a person who is from abroad and does not understand what has been said besides their name to be called to the stage. So they stand up and start walking to the stage when the host stops them - it seems to be a boy! Everyone is surprised and it is a big mess backstage at the technical table about what is going on. It seems that the client had picked out the names of the girl based on their name but had not proofed those (even though there were only 8 names on the list of girl participants) Even though it was not our mistake and everything ran perfectly it was still a big fuss on live tv that we had to quickly repair. The client was too surprised and could not pick out a new name so our producer of the show, Britta, chose a random name and told that to everyone (gladly we were one step ahead and had made name titles for all the 8 "girls" so we could react quickly!) Let's always double-check everything - even the information client provides us! |
